Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations by receiving, organizing, and delivering merchandise while ensuring inventory accuracy. You will greet customers, assist with curbside pickups, and help maintain a smooth stockroom flow to support sales floor readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or stockroom is helpful.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Resolve issues and support customer curbside pickups.
• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise in stockroom.
• Support merchandise moves and restocking to keep shelves current.
• Ensure Ready on Time for pickup orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
