Macy’s is seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague to support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth customer experiences. You will handle receiving, organization, stockroom duties, and curbside order delivery while assisting customers with a warm, responsive approach.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and follow store policies and safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock merchandise in the stockroom.
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders for customers, including curbside pickup.
• Monitor readiness of Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders and ensure on-time completion.
• Assist customers on the floor and at curbside with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Wrap up daily tasks by organizing the stockroom and supporting the next shift.
