Green Thumb Industries in Danville, PA seeks an Order Fulfillment Technician. You will pull sales orders, prepare them for delivery, and verify accuracy of product type and quantity. You will also perform labeling per DoA rules and maintain state traceability records.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and reliable performance across daily tasks. A background check and compliance with industry regulations are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years warehousing/inventory experience.
• 1–2 years cannabis or botanical processing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment.
• Capability to perform monotonous tasks efficiently over long shifts.
• Previous cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull sales orders and prepare for delivery; label per DoA rules and regulations.
• Verify product type and quantity for accuracy.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets.
• Track product through the state traceability program.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment daily.
• Assist other departments as needed; communicate with supervisors.
