Job summary

B&H Fulfillment is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Specialist II for the 1st shift. You will analyze data, investigate complaints, and drive corrective actions to improve order accuracy and product quality.

Qualifications

• Prior Quality control in warehouse experience needed.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs independently.
• Extended periods of standing/walking.
• Prepare management reports and using data to support operational decisions.
• Ability to resolve pallet math and strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with quality metrics, performance dashboards, continuous improvement, and corrective action processes.
• Strong computer knowledge is required.
• Must be able to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management system.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse quality data and customer complaint trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate customer complaints involving order accuracy, missing items, product damage, and fulfillment errors.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets, prepare reports, and track quality metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and quality concerns.
• Monitor quality performance, document investigation findings, and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors, improve operational accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction.
