Job summary

B&H Photo Video is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Specialist for 1st shift in our Fulfillment center. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards across departments, auditing processes, and solving issues to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse QC experience, can lift 50 lbs, and is comfortable using a hand scanner and WMS for data entry. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior quality control in warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently.
• Extended periods of standing/walking.
• Ability to resolve pallet math with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong computer knowledge required.
• Must be able to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with internal customers to ensure content delivery aligns with business needs.
• Continuously communicate best practices.
• Ensure QC standards are met and optimized for each area.
• Log QC findings for documentation.
• Provide progress updates and next-step recommendations to management.
• Audit and support a specific area as assigned by the Manager.
• Ensure departments follow QC processes to service customers.
• Answer questions or concerns the department may have on items going to customers.
