Job summary

Body Art Alliance seeks a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the team behind NeoMetal orders. You’ll own schedules, coach a hands-on crew, monitor KPIs, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Inventory to ensure accurate, on-time shipments from our California facility.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, oversee ERP transactions, and keep the floor safe and organized while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in fulfillment or warehouse operations, including lead/supervisor experience.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred) and inventory control.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a focused fulfillment team on the warehouse floor.
• Create daily/weekly schedules aligned to order volume and deadlines.
• Train and coach team members on processes, quality and system usage.
• Maintain safety, orderliness and accountability on the floor.
• Run and report KPIs: order accuracy, on-time shipments, throughput, backlog.
• Investigate root causes of delays and implement fixes.
• Drive continuous improvement in gemming and fulfillment processes.
• Oversee ERP transactions (NetSuite), including orders, inventory adjustments and work orders.
• Ensure accurate, timely transactions to keep inventory/order records reliable.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Production on priorities.
