Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while supporting inventory control and daily store operations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating powered equipment, and coordinating with leadership to resolve short picks. A strong teamwork mindset and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience.
• 6 months using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety concerns.
• Contribute to a team with strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
