Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Hampstead, MD to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time while keeping staging areas clean and safe.

Deliver great service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates. You will operate certified powered equipment and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Forklift, order picker and narrow aisle reach truck certification is required (must be obtained if not currently certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, and directing customers to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and maintain safety compliance.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, addressing short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, follow-ups, and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with effective communication and teamwork; may take on additional duties.
