Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring in Upper Marlboro, MD for a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, pick and stage items, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

You will use customer service skills to answer questions, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates. Certification for forklifts and other equipment is required or provided, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required; must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver high-quality service by answering questions and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment safely and under certification requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
