Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta in Marietta, GA is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to accurately fill and package prescriptions for delivery to customers under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

You will verify information, apply labels, and maintain stock, while meeting established accuracy and productivity levels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, pharmacy technician license/certification, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience (tech knowledge may substitute for experience).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple tasks and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into bins accurately and timely.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is neat and organized.
• Meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.
• Work with other teams to keep workflow smooth.
