Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Columbus, OH is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to accurately fill and package prescriptions for delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include applying labels, pulling prescriptions from inventory, assisting with training across fulfillment areas, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience; technical skills may substitute.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into bins accurately and timely.
• Alert pharmacist on duty if medication does not scan properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply for completing orders.
• Maintain inventory, remove expired meds, and keep stock neat and in order.
