Job summary
Dragonfly Health is hiring Fulfillment Pharmacists to dispense medications accurately and in compliance with regulations. You will review prescriptions, supervise technicians, and maintain documentation across inventory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- State Pharmacy License is required.
- Eligibility to participate in federal prescription programs (Medicare, Medicaid).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
- Experience in high-volume community, mail order, or fulfillment pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with regulations and policies.
- Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy, interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians.
- Maintain compliant documentation for prescriptions, inventory, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with prescribers and leadership to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in audits, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
