Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Fulfillment Technician to support pharmacy operations, dispensing, packaging and labeling medications in compliance with regulations. This on-site role requires attention to accuracy and teamwork to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Attention to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in daily operations, including dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications.
• Perform prepacking duties and maintain accurate records for quality control.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform stock audits, verify expiration dates, and keep storage areas organized.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the fulfillment area and help maintain equipment and materials.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff to support workflow efficiency.
