Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter in Lexington, VA. You will fill Buy Online Ship from Store orders, sort and pack merchandise, and prepare items for shipment to customers or stores.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, inspecting merchandise for order accuracy, and maintaining orderly back-room operations while attending

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 0–2 years of experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/fulfillment environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders and prepare for shipment to direct customers or stores
• Sort and pack merchandise using proper packaging
• Pull merchandise from stock locations and prepare for loading
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations using equipment or manually
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
• Assist customers on the sales floor during open hours
