Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Fulfillment Outfitter to support BOSS orders, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to customers and stores. You will help customers on the floor and ensure merchandise quality and presentation.

The role requires a high school diploma and 0–2 years of experience, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. This is a part-time, on-site position at our Orlando location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Follow through on processing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders and sort/pack merchandise for shipment.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Move merchandise within warehouse using material handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the back room and attend trainings.
