Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review staff performance and staffing of order processing work zones.
• Conduct safety inspections and quality assessments of work areas.
• Coordinate workflow to expedite outbound site production.
• Train new employees and coach existing staff.
• Set goals and expectations for shipping and materials handling staff.
• Monitor safety, production, and quality; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and security; maintain housekeeping standards.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
