Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager with strong leadership and a focus on inventory accuracy to manage a high-volume D2C fulfillment center in Atlanta. You will drive KPI performance, supervise a multi-layer team, and partner with engineering, quality, and HR to ensure reliable, scalable operations.

The role requires hands-on system experience with WMS, automation, and Excel, plus ability to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a high-volume D2C environment in a managerial role.
Experience leading teams of 5+ salaried employees and 60+ non-exempt staff.
Experience with a 200k sq ft facility and highly technical operations including automation.
Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems and advanced Excel.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center, including inbound, put away, outbound, D2C, ICQA and returns.
Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
Set and maintain all operational KPIs: location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, order productivity.
Ensure inventory accuracy and support QA activities in the ICQA area, with SOPs and GMP where required.
Manage budgeting and payroll for operations; schedule and staffing accordingly.
Collaborate with IE, Solutions Engineering, QA, and implementations to drive results.
