Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Warehouse/Guest Services Support Associate to help run a 24/7 environment, manage product and equipment inventory, and assist with promotional events. You will work with leadership to ensure operational excellence, comply with safety protocols, and coordinate with Vendors and Promotions on deliveries and returns.

Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required. Requires a high school diploma, at least two years in warehouse and customer service; proficient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of warehouse experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience or hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of Guest Services including product inventory control, equipment inventory control and maintenance, and department supplies.
• Support day-to-day operations of a 24/7 environment, including planning for promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and safety protocols; provide guidance and training to staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, Promotions, and Procurement on delivery and return of promotional items; maintain packing slips and bills of lading.
• Perform other duties to support efficient department operations.
