Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel in Highland, CA seeks a Fulfillment Associate to support daily operations for high-volume Marketing and other departments. The role is based in the casino basement/warehouse, fast-paced, with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include preparing staging for promotions, unloading deliveries, maintaining a clean warehouse, safety compliance, and assisting with crowd-control setups for events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months of warehouse, customer service, or hospitality experience required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-volume staging and product distribution for promotions and events; supports unloading for deliveries to booths or staging areas; handles requests for events and inventory verification.
• Keeps basement/warehouse clean and orderly to promote safety; gathers pallets and plans delivery routes for efficiency.
• Adheres to safety policies, performs minor equipment maintenance, and reports safety violations.
• Supports setup/takedown for crowd control and events equipment; replenishes kiosks and assists with crowd management.
• Performs other duties to support efficient department operations.
