Job summary

FCP Euro Inc. in Milford, CT seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Fulfillment Center, drive operational excellence, and develop AOMs, Team Leads and front-line staff while meeting KPIs.

Reporting to the Director of Outbound Operations and Retail, you will oversee daily operations, implement process improvements, and ensure outstanding customer and employee experiences. Exempt salaried role with base salary of $95,000–$110,000 and total compensation of $104,000–$125,850.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in distribution/fulfillment settings.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Data-driven decisions using Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs including Perfect Order Rate and on-time shipments.
• Lead and develop Assistant Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line staff.
• Drive safety, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
