Job summary

Odeko is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to run daily floor activities, plan shifts, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced fulfillment environment in Eliot, ME. You will coach hourly staff, implement SOPs, and keep operations safe and efficient.

You will be the on-floor point of contact, coordinating dispatch, equipment, and processes while collaborating with site leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Track record of getting hourly teams to show up and perform.
• Comfort with WMS tools and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor: plan shifts, adjust on the fly, and prioritize as needed.
• Build and coach the Ops team, lead huddles, and ensure alignment.
• Maintain SOPs with leadership to keep warehouse safe, clean, and efficient.
• Be the go-to problem solver on the floor and communicate up the chain.
