Ralph Lauren is seeking a Warehouse/DC Leader to direct the flow of product in the assigned area, ensuring embroidered and non-embroidered orders meet lead times and ship dates according to sales forecasts and customer demands. You will coordinate with Account Services and Operations to align capacity, staffing and resources; monitor progress to meet daily and weekly targets.
The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and safety compliance.
Competenze
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 5+ years in a leadership role in warehouse/DC.
- Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; data-driven.
- Ability to communicate with senior management and maintain confidentiality.
