Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment activities within warehousing and lineside materials to meet production schedules.
• Review daily operations for safety, workmanship, productivity, attendance and compliance.
• Report on established goals and metrics.
• Identify training gaps and provide training to develop a cross-trained team.
• Identify CI opportunities by determining root cause and developing a corrective action plan.
• Recommend workplace layouts, fulfillment methods, and handling efficiencies by auditing processes to improve material flow and reduce costs.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify gaps in process and possible solutions.
