Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead daily warehousing and lineside fulfillment activities, ensuring on-time production scheduling and efficient material flow. The role includes supervising staff, training, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment activities within warehousing and lineside materials to meet production schedules in the most efficient and effective manner.
• Review daily operations by checking on safe working conditions, workmanship, productivity, attendance and compliance to expectations.
• Report on established goals and metrics.
• Identify training gaps and provide training to develop a cross trained team.
• Identify CI opportunities by determining root cause and developing a corrective action plan.
• Recommend workplace layouts, fulfillment methods, and handling efficiencies by auditing processes to improve material flow, reduce errors and improve overall cost.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise to identify gaps in process and possible solutions for correction.
