Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lineside materials, ensuring schedules are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

You will review operations for safety, quality, productivity and attendance, identify training needs, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma practices. SAP and MS Office proficiency are preferred, with 4+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment activities within warehousing and lineside materials to meet production schedules
• Review daily operations for safe working conditions, workmanship, productivity, attendance and compliance
• Report on established goals and metrics
• Identify training gaps and provide training to develop a cross trained team
• Identify CI opportunities by determining root cause and developing a corrective action plan
• Recommend workplace layouts, fulfillment methods, and handling efficiencies by auditing processes to improve material flow
• Troubleshoot issues to identify gaps in process and find solutions
