Job summary

Brilliant Earth in Secaucus, NJ is seeking an Operations Assistant - Fulfillment to help manage daily order processing, enter product details into our internal system, and perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products. You will review orders to ensure readiness for shipping and assist the customer care team with product-related escalations.

Receive product and enter product details into internal system

Meet goals and targets as directed by leadership
