Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates at a Park City, KS delivery station. You will coach, motivate, and develop the team while ensuring safety, quality, attendance, and on‑time customer deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience), experience managing 20+ employees, and strong lean or process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of hourly associates and engage them during shifts
• Maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours
