Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Walton, KY, is seeking a Fulfillment Manager for 2nd shift (Sun–Thu, 5pm–1:30am). Lead a team of Supervisors and associates in a fast-paced fulfillment environment, driving daily and short-term plans to meet operational goals and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, with focus on inventory control, KPI tracking, and collaboration with customers. A relevant degree and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a fulfillment or distribution environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a fulfillment operation is preferred.
• Experience with an Order Management System, Warehouse Management System, and/or Labor Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Fulfillment Supervisors, Warehouse Leads, and associates.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to build partnerships.
• Maintain safety, customer service, and productivity standards daily.
• Promote continuous improvement and enforce the Quality Policy.
• Communicate policies, procedures, safety methods, and programs to staff.
• Create and maintain inventory control, audit, and cycle count procedures.
• Track, report, and investigate inventory adjustments.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Oversee inventory data in ERP/WMS and KPI deployment.
• Develop SOPs and processes for inventory control.
• Manage inventory claims and loss investigations.
• Develop dashboards and inventory reporting.
• Implement systems to reduce shrinkage and maximize turns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
