Step into a day as our Fulfillment & Logistics Operations SpecialistYou clock in at 8:00 AM and scan the morning wave of orders. Voice technology guides your first picks, and you verify every item, lot number, and quantity before moving to packing. A refrigerated aisle at 36–46°F keeps cold‑chain orders secure while you assemble them to our standards of care. By mid-morning, you’re replenishing stock modules, unloading a sorter lane, and double-checking that the shipment mode matches the assigned pallet. After a quick Safety & EHS huddle, you hop on material handling equipment to stage outbound pallets, maintain a spotless work area, and support teammates so everyone hits daily targets. When volume spikes, you’re ready for overtime—including occasional weekends or holidays. What you’ll handlePick customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring correct item, lot, and quantityPrepare, verify, and pack shipments to meet product care standards and shipping requirementsFollow SOPs and standards of care at all timesContribute to Safety Team initiatives and EHS programsComplete scheduled cycle counts and inventory checksPick and stage cold‑chain orders in refrigerated zones (36–46°F)Use logistics systems effectively: Transportation Management System (TMS), RCS, Voice Technology, Warehouse Management System (WMS)Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiencyBalance workloads by assisting teammates to maintain steady productivityOperate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) dailyReplenish stock/modules as neededUnload sorter lanes and confirm the correct shipment mode for each palletSchedule1st Shift, typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
