Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Specialist in Pennsylvania to join our warehouse team. You will pick orders with speed and precision, verify items and lots, and assemble shipments in adherence to care standards and shipping rules.

You will work with TMS, RCS, and WMS systems, move goods using MHE, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Overtime and weekends may be required to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to one year of warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring correct item, lot, and quantity.
• Prepare, verify, and pack shipments to meet product care standards and shipping requirements.

Step into a day as our Fulfillment & Logistics Operations SpecialistYou clock in at 8:00 AM and scan the morning wave of orders. Voice technology guides your first picks, and you verify every item, lot number, and quantity before moving to packing. A refrigerated aisle at 36–46°F keeps cold‑chain orders secure while you assemble them to our standards of care. By mid-morning, you’re replenishing stock modules, unloading a sorter lane, and double-checking that the shipment mode matches the assigned pallet. After a quick Safety & EHS huddle, you hop on material handling equipment to stage outbound pallets, maintain a spotless work area, and support teammates so everyone hits daily targets. Coldest zones at 36–46°F. Routine lifting up to 40 lbs and occasional lifting up to 80 lbs. Must be able to access all facility areas.
