Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Fulfillment Center Material Handling Operator to ensure accurate and timely order processing across North America. You will use RF scanners and various warehouse equipment to move goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety protocols.

The role requires attention to detail, clear teamwork, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed. Training and PPE are provided, with a focus on reliable attendance and quality performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing (preferred).
• Forklift or other heavy equipment experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory visible and accurate by scanning product locations and movements throughout the building.
• Execute picks and moves using material-handling equipment—forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
• Partner with teammates and communicate clearly with leads, managers, and customers as needed.
• Adhere to documented work instructions and safety protocols, and follow up on tasks to ensure closure.
