The Lawrence Paper Company is seeking a Fulfillment Line Lead in Lawrence, KS. The role involves guiding a packaging line, coordinating setup, and ensuring quality and safety throughout the shift. Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or fulfillment.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing standards, including 5S.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Effective communication with staff at all levels.
• Safety and quality focused.
• Dependable and able to work with little supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Basic math and use of simple handheld measuring tools.

Compensation:Starts at $20.46/hour

Location:Lawrence, KS

Shift:First Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Line Leadto join our Fulfillment team. As aLine Lead, you are responsible for performing various duties on a packaging line and making sure that line is set up and run efficiently throughout the shift while adhering to quality and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Locate, read, and understand all information in the pack out instructions
• Identify equipment and supplies required for line set up
• Perform quality checks
• Set and adjust pallet wrapper and replace roll of strap as needed
• Direct incoming and outgoing material from the line
• Achieve daily production goals
