Job summary

Lawrence Paper Company is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Line Lead to join the team on the first shift. You will manage a packaging line, ensure setup and smooth operation, and uphold quality and safety standards throughout the shift.

The role requires leadership experience, forklift or line operation exposure, and strong communication. Compensation starts at $20.46/hour with benefits and a robust EOE commitment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in manufacturing or fulfillment required.
• Prior experience leading and training others required.
• Lean Manufacturing standards and 5S
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• Effective communication with staff
• Safety and quality focused
• Dependable and able to work with little supervision
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math and handheld measuring tools

Responsibilities

• Read and follow pack out instructions.
• Set up line with required equipment and supplies.
• Perform quality checks on the line.
• Operate pallet wrapper and strap as needed.
• Direct incoming and outgoing material from the line.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Suggest improvements to productivity.
• Ensure line productivity and efficiency.
• Coach, train, and lead teammates.
• Coordinate with staff to replenish line supplies.
