Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. in North Aurora, IL is hiring a careful forklift operator to move packages and materials across our facilities. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to ensure efficient, safe handling of goods across warehouse zones.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Training and safety protocols are provided to maintain product integrity and on-time shipping.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience including stand-up/reach and pallet movement.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jack, pacer, and related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Valid forklift operator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, pacer or other machinery used for transporting goods.
• Load, unload, and stack stock from vehicles and storage areas.
• Move materials to workstations and assign locations for efficiency.
• Label, sort and track incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or damages.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and maintain cleanliness.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies.
