Job summary

BioHorizons is seeking a Distribution Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping operations. The role involves picking/packing inventory, coordinating with Customer Care for shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of distribution or inventory experience. Familiarity with UPS/FedEx tools and basic Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years distribution (shipping and receiving) or inventory control experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience required.
• Inventory management software desired.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills, and must be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing finished inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Work with Customer Care to ensure proper shipping and handling of orders.
• Learn to use UPS World Ship and FedEx Shipping Manager for domestic orders.
• Maintain inventory integrity through accurate order fulfillment.
• Keep inventory organized to satisfy lot number traceability.
• Maintain productivity standards to complete end-of-day fulfillments.
• Monitor and reorder UPS shipping supplies.
