Job summary

PBD Worldwide in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Distribution Associate who will receive, inspect, and store goods to maintain inventory accuracy and meet customer demands. You will partner with warehouse teams and logistics partners to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and uphold safety standards in a fast, organized environment.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and preparing orders; operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners; cycle counting and data entry in inventory systems;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to ensure easy retrieval and inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to schedule and track outbound shipments.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent accidents and product damage.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance distribution efficiency and reduce errors.
