Job summary

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) in Pennsylvania to support the operations team. You will play an essential role in various operations responsibilities, from picking and packing items to managing inventory and ensuring the accurate preparation of beverages and food menu items.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to work flexible hours. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of products from vendors.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and overall facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage in compliance with FIFO practices.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items for customers.

Skills

Ability to stand and walk during shifts

General working knowledge of web-based applications

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

Experience in restaurant or retail environment

Education

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
