Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Logistics, or Walmart logistics experience
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Systems

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers and associates
• Implement the business plan by managing staffing, scheduling and workloads to meet facility goals
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing and analyzing business reports
• Maintain quality and safety standards and ensure training on policies and procedures
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns through listening and consulting
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and providing feedback and coaching
• Foster a culture of belonging, collaboration and high performance
• Act with integrity and ensure compliance with Walmart values and policies
• Deliver results for customers by applying EDLP/EDLC business models and data-driven decision making
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies and skills
