• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement the business plan and manage staffing.
• Monitor productivity and ensure safety, quality, and training adherence within area of responsibility.
• Develop and coach associates and leaders; assign duties and coordinate workloads.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Drive customer-focused results and continuous improvement using data insights.
