Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Oklahoma to implement the business plan, manage staffing, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals. You will monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards across the team.

You will train and develop associates, supervise leaders, and uphold Walmart policies while supporting hiring, promotion, coaching and performance evaluations to build strong teams and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or logistics or related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or logistics is acceptable.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience is preferred.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
• Identify associate and customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor productivity and analyze reports to drive improvements.
• Hire, promote, coach, and evaluate associates and leaders.
