Job summary

Target is hiring a Fulfillment Expert to assist guests by accurately picking, packing and shipping orders while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will greet guests, assist with digital orders, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced store environment.

Successful candidates are at least 18, adaptable to varying shifts, comfortable with lifting up to 44 pounds, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily digital demand.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products and services to solve guest issues and improve experience.
• Greet guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with them to assist needs.
• Assist guests in the area and help solve their specific requests.
• Thank guests and reinforce their decision to shop Target.
• Select items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital orders.
• Accurately place holds on order pickup and drive-up orders.
• Prepare, pack and sort guest orders for shipment with proper materials.
• Deliver quality and accuracy while meeting timeliness goals.
• Maintain workspace and supplies; keep equipment and areas organized.
