Job summary

Target is hiring a Fulfillment Expert to help guests and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will greet customers, assist with needs, and process digital orders for pickup or delivery while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, capable of multi-tasking, and comfortable using technology in a fast-moving retail setting. Flexible shifts, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Resolve guest questions immediately.
