Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in telecommunications, engineering, IT or electronics.
• 2–5 years in technical fulfilment, systems integration, manufacturing, service delivery or engineering.
• Experience configuring hardware, software, or network products.
• Strong troubleshooting in testing environments and quality-controlled settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop work instructions, test procedures, and configuration standards.
• Configure hardware, software, firmware, and networks based on customer requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration and integration issues; escalate as needed.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain configuration records within ERP/CRM with accurate serial tracking.
• Generate and maintain test reports and configuration documentation.
• Contribute to new product introduction and operational readiness.
• Support continuous improvement focusing on throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction.
