Job summary

Uniform Advantage Brands is seeking a Customer Support Team Member in Lithia Springs, GA. The role focuses on assisting outbound fulfillment, handling B2B order correspondence, and inventory management to improve facility efficiency.

You will communicate with internal and external customers, support order processing, and document departmental procedures while collaborating with managers to grow within the company. Saturday/Sunday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Call Center experience.
• 1–2 years in an ECommerce distribution facility.
• 1–2 years in decision-making and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Researches and solves incomplete orders for same-day shipment.
• Match order forms with invoices and record required information.
• Executes inventory transfers.
• Complete Workfront ticket entry and monitor dashboards.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies affecting invoices.
