Uniform Advantage Brands is seeking a Fulfillment Lead for our Lithia Springs Distribution Center. You will support daily plans, supervise picking, shipping release, and packing to ensure smooth operations and WOW service to partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, with pay starting at $18.00 per hour plus $0.75 evening and $2.00 weekend premiums. Weekend work may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Management or leadership experience required.
• Distribution or Fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Manager of Fulfillment and Fulfillment Supervisor in daily plans.
• Oversee order picking, shipping release, and packing to meet service levels.
• Support the team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
