Job summary

Theuniversityunion in Newton, KS is seeking a full-time Fulfillment Specialist to organize online orders, pack shipments, and ensure same or next-day shipping. The role involves coordinating with inventory and shipping tools and supporting Bee Harmony products.

You will frequently travel between Hillsboro and Newton warehouses for inventory and packaging tasks, stack finished goods on pallets, and assist with sample requests and reporting.

• Unload and re-stack products onto pallets and racks.
• Assemble Bee Harmony Honey Flights.
• Handle Bee Harmony sample requests and internal shipping needs.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reporting.

Description

Fulfillment champion for online orders and creator of unboxing experiences for premium brands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-You organize and prioritize orders received throughout the day, ensuring all orders are shipped same day or next day.

- You identify the correct box for shipping, carefully pick the finished product(s) from inventory, securely pack the order items and complete the shipping process through the online shipping tool.

- You regularly travel to our Hillsboro manufacturing location and Newton warehouses to complete inventory runs and packaging required for Amazon sales.

-You un-stack and re-stack finished product onto pallets or other storage racks/shelves.

- You assemble Bee Harmony Honey Flights.

- You manage all Bee Harmony sample requests and internal shipping needs.

- You complete regular inventory counts and reporting.

Requirements

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:

- You have strong listening and customer service skills. You are self-motivated and look for ways to help those around you.

- You work with efficiency, quickness and accuracy. You are good at making sure things get completed on time.

- You are a great multi-tasker and can jump from task to task without letting anything fall through the cracks.

- You have the ability to hand carry heavy boxes and crates up to 50 pounds.

- You can work Saturdays and Sundays, if needed.
