Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume, multi-shift fulfillment center in Indianapolis. You will oversee onboarding, training and performance reviews while driving safety, quality and operational efficiency.

You will partner with the Operations Manager to ensure on-time receipt, accurate order fulfillment, and continuous process improvement, promoting teamwork, engagement and staff development across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Prior warehouse or distribution experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of labor relations and union environment experience.
• Knowledge/experience in transportation and inventory management.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Bilingual language skills (Spanish or Burmese bonus).

Responsibilities

• Manage department quality to ensure orders ship 100% accurately.
• Meet and exceed KPIs including customer service, safety and efficiency.
• Identify and correct safety hazards; maintain a safe work environment.
• Retain staff by engaging with employees and valuing their contributions.
• Train, develop and mentor hourly staff to drive career growth.
• Promote teamwork and a positive culture across the facility.
• Communicate effectively with HR, IT, Engineering, Logistics and others.
• Adapt to business priorities and address challenges proactively.
• Meet deadlines for projects and drive process improvements.
