Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Indianapolis. You will lead a dynamic, high-volume fulfillment center, guiding onboarding, training, discipline, and performance reviews while driving safety and process improvements.

You’ll manage quality, meet KPIs, and foster an engaged, collaborative team. Strong supervision, WMS familiarity, and union awareness are essential; bilingual skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Warehouse or distribution experience.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of labor relations and union environment.
• Experience with transportation, shipping/receiving, inventory management.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Bilingual Spanish or Burmese a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage department quality to ensure orders are shipped 100% accurately.
• Meet and exceed KPIs including customer service, safety and efficiency.
• Identify and correct safety hazards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Retain staff by engaging with employees and valuing them.
• Train, develop and mentor hourly staff to drive career growth.
• Promote a fun, open culture and teamwork across the facility.
• Maintain communication with HR, IT, Engineering, Logistics and others.
• Anticipate challenges and meet project deadlines.
• Drive innovation and remove operational constraints.
• Support the Operations Manager and optimize resources.
