Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant at our Georgia Jefferson Fulfillment Center. You will support daily department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, and coordinate with internal and external suppliers. This role includes vacation coverage for Area Managers and tracking of labor hours.

You will train associates, ensure SOP compliance, and contribute to safety initiatives while supporting production goals and keeping areas organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Allocate labor, lead meetings, assign duties, and communicate with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Train associates and verify SOP compliance.
• Ensure area performance through tracking and feedback.
• Participate in safety initiatives.
• Fill in with production duties as needed.
• Review and update SOPs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
