Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Center role in Roanoke, TX. This position partners with the Operations Manager to achieve cost, quality, and safety goals, managing all activities within the fulfillment center, including planning, processes, and people management.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, leading SOP implementations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across ISO, VAWD, AIB, and DEA standards. Travel to support network needs may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years in supervision and at least 2 years of leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years ERP experience.
• 5+ years in customer facing role.
• Proven soft skills – analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal.
• Organized, strong attention to detail, and follow through on.
• Complete CPR & First Aid training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze and communicate KPIs to staff.
• Manage daily department functions including order filling, packing, loading, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and company SOPs.
• Plan and project operational flow; develop long-range forecasts.
• Coordinate activities between departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
