Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Team Lead to set and clarify departmental requirements, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and open communication in the fulfillment environment.

You will mentor staff, track production metrics, and use data to drive continuous improvement while reporting to management. The role may involve extended hours, shift rotations, and supporting long-term operational plans.

Qualifications

• Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
• Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely.
• Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines.
• Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with the establishment of long-term operational strategic plans.

Responsibilities
